The new Billboard album chart sees The Fray at number one for the first time with their self-titled album. It's their first number-one disc and it hits the top of the chart for the first week.

Bruce Springsteen's Working On a Dream falls to #2; Dierks Bentley's Feel That Fire debuts at number 3. Other debuts in the Top 20 are the latest Kidz Bop at number 7 and The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus at number 14 with Lonely Road.

Coupla interesting ("interesting" in the sense of "sucky") facts from the Billboard link:

• The No. 50 album this week, AC/DC's Black Ice (Columbia/Sony Music), sold 12,000.

• The No. 50 album for the same week of 2008, Paramore's Riot! (Fueled by Ramen/AG), sold 16,000.

• Average total of the No. 50 album for the same week of the year during the past 10 years (2000-2009): 24,002.

Ouch.
