The Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame says, "In less than a decade, the Ronette's created a ground-breaking sound and a magnetic and mesmerizing stage act that led to a string of timeless pop classics," said Terry Stewart, president and CEO of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum. "Estelle made an unforgettable mark as a member of a premiere act to come out of the girl-group genre."
